Find solutions to your unique divorce concerns

On behalf of The Offices of Keane Law, LLC | Aug 12, 2016 | Divorce

Divorces are personal matters that can be very difficult to work through. It is all too easy to focus on why the marriage ended and to hold onto those emotions when you are going through the divorce. While it is important for you to deal with the emotions you feel, you mustn’t let those emotions run the show. You have to keep a clear head and make choices that will put you in the best position possible once the divorce is finalized.

We understand that you might have trouble pushing your emotions aside for the divorce. We will stand by your side to give you a level-headed explanation of your rights and options. We will work with you to determine what points in the divorce are important to you.

In many cases, getting a divorce finalized as quickly as possible is the ultimate goal. You can likely get the divorce done quickly if you and your ex can work together toward the common goal of ending your marriage. If you are able to go through mediation, you will probably be able to get on with your new life much faster.

No matter how complex your divorce, we can help you work through each component. If you have considerable assets or high debt, we can work with you to determine what division is in your best interest. If you have children, we work with you to come up with a child custody plan that puts your children first.

Dissolution of marriage in Colorado can involve many different components. Each of these is governed by specific laws. We will help you learn about the laws that govern your case so that you can make informed choices for each step of the process.
